Order processing and shipping takes place Monday through Friday only, and not on National Holidays. Orders take approximately 2-5 business days to process before they ship. A ship confirm email that includes the package tracking details will be sent once the order has shipped. It is advisable to check spam and/or junk folders for this email.
Shipments do not deliver on weekends or National Holidays. They will deliver the following business day.
Most Mochi orders are shipped via FedEx SmartPost, UPS SurePost, and USPS (post office). FedEx SmartPost and UPS SurePost both use USPS (post office) for the final leg, which is why we require a valid USPS delivery address on the order.
Ground Shipping: 5-10 business days. Shipping point is the East Coast. Remember to add order processing time to calculate the cumulative lead time from order entry to delivery. Expedited Shipping: 2 business days.
